Tumor Xenograft experiments: By transplanting an actual human tumor (or passaged cancer cells) into a immnodeficienct mouse (SCID, nude mouse), the tumor can be studied in a whole animal system. Yrbio design the experiment to test the chemotherapy compounds. Cultured human cancer cells are also useful in compounds screen.
