• Generation of phage-based or plasmid-based cDNA libraries with size-selected cDNAs is available.
• The quality of cDNA library will be analyzed by restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing of randomly picked clones.
• Double-stranded cDNA will be directionally cloned into any vector you prefer.
• Guarantee of any number of reasonable primary clones with an average insert size of at least 1Kb.
• Choice of competent cells for transformation – the ligation mixture of vector and cDNA is electroporated into the competent cells (specific cells may be requested).
• The starting materials can be tissues, cell cultures, total RNA or mRNA.
