The goal of genomic DNA isolation depends on the downstream applications of the DNA. Purity, source, quantity and quality of DNA are some of the issues that need to be addressed prior to genomic DNA extraction. A whole host of different methods, technologies and kits are available now to researchers to isolate genomic DNA from cells.
Yrbio will follows discuss with the costumer for the details in genomic DNA isolation.
The isolation protocol is diversed depend on the samples:
| Sources | Sample Requirements | Minimal Amount | DNA products |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blood | Fresh and anticoagulant treated blood | 100μl | ~ 1 μg |
| Cultured Cells | Suspended or precipitated cells | 1×106 | ~10μg |
| Animal Tissues |
N/A |
100 mg | 5~10μg |
| Plant Tissues | N/A | 100 mg | 5~10μg |
| Bacteria | Suspended or precipitated cells | 1×108 | 1~2μg |
| Sample Size | Price | Delivery Time |
|---|---|---|
| <30 Samples | ¥100/Sample | 1-2 Weeks |
| ≥30 Samples | ¥80/Sample | Inquiry |
Customer should provide fresh cell and/or bacteria samples, the tissues should by cryopreserved and transport as quickly as possible.
The blood samples for genome DNA isolation can preserve at 4℃ for 1 week , -20℃ for one month.
Samples should be stored in dry ice during transprotation.
