    Primary cell culture is the growth of explants taken directly form the living organism, treated by enzymes, chelators, or mechanically dispersed to single cell. Some of the cells may survive without proliferating and will therefore be lost in the increasing population of those which are able to multiply in the conditions supplied in vitro.

• 1.  Customer should provide the detailed informations about the biopsy materials or Yrbio provides the tissues/animals; 
• 2.  Customer should provide the culture conditions about primary  cells, or Yrbio provides the preliminary test to optimize the culture conditions;
• 3.  For the common biopsy, Yrbio suggest to be extracted from the Yrbio tissue repository;
